"Be not afraid of greatness, some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them."

So, you know how I've griped and complained about my awful customer service experiences?

Well, I have to give credit where it's (way way) due.

On Thursday night we went to Jamba Juice over on Signal Butte and the 60. We got there a few minutes before closing. Like 2 minutes. I waited in the car like a chicken, while M poked his head in and asked if they were open. We were invited in. Then all 3 employees said "HI!" to us as we walked in. An enthusiastic "HI!".

We were suddenly under the gun to make our smoothie selection because closing time was approaching and they were being so nice, but the guy helping us was all relaxed. So, we relaxed. And placed our order, joking about how late we arrived. The guy said "well, we don't close for like 6 minutes, and how long does it really take to make a smoothie, you know?". And then they fed M some samples of their new bread. And gave him a free warm pretzel. And took our money and said "thank you" - at which point, I almost couldn't take it anymore. I bursted out "this is the best customer service we've had in a very long time!"

We took the guy's card (and he ended up being the store manager, Jason) and joked with him about poor customer service these days. He was so cool! And what a fabulous example to his staff!!

Go Jamba Juice! I knew we were in love with you for a reason!
