"Christmas is a time for giving... a time to be with one's family."

What a difference a year makes!

Last year at the family Christmas party our family photo looked like this:
This year:

Last year with my mom and my sisters:

This year:

Last year our Griswold tree came out kind of beautiful:
This year M picked a good one that ended up a little bare:
Last year's decorations:

This year's:

All on account of this little guy:

Who's getting a little big for his britches and making political statements about the Big Guy:

We wish you a very very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2010!

(Maybe 2010 will bring us a fully decorated tree - decked with something other than baby toys - then again, he'll be walking, so it'll probably only be decorated from the waste up!)

He might not be walking, but he will want to closely inspect every ornament he can get his hands on. Get him a Fisher-Price nativity to play with. Andrew loves it (Carson will too when we pull it out next year). Merry Christmas!
